Irwell Valley Homes Goes Back to Its Roots in SoapWorks Move copy

Irwell Valley Homes, the affordable homes and services provider, has consolidated three of its offices in Old Trafford, Bolton and Worsley to take a 10,867 sq ft office suite at the iconic Soapworks in Salford having agreed a long term 15 year lease.

This is the second new prominent occupier for popular Soapworks scheme in less than two months and follows the recent letting to tech giant, CGI. Soapworks is also home to Stantec, The Home Office, INNOV8 and Talk Talk, who recently announced that it was relocating a number of its staff from it London headquarters to Soapworks.

The move comes as the association, which provide homes and services to over 16,000 customers across Greater Manchester, is building over 1000 affordable homes across the region, as well as making significant improvements to its customer service offer, IT systems and operational processes.
